The upper grill plate has a self balancing hinge to provide even cooking throughout the sandwich. This Univex sandwich / panini grill doesn't just cook sandwiches, but is also great for rolls, meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, cheese and any other foods that can be grilled. The manual dial temperature control allows the unit to be set up to 572°F, and the built-in timer will alert you before products are burnt.
