AccuTemp E62083D100 6-Pan Countertop Convection Steamer | 208V

The Accutemp E62083D100 convection steamer has a 3-gallon water reservoir and doesn't require drain or water lines to function. It provides two modes so that you can use one piece of equipment for both holding and cooking purposes. With Steam Vector Technology, the appliance cooks and steams without using any moving parts, which eventually requires less maintenance. It contains built-in indicator lights that let customers know when the machine is too hot, has too much water, or not enough water.

The Accutemp E62083D100 countertop convection steamer has a built-in timer that can be programmed and preset to keep track of cook times and guarantee uniformity. This equipment is suitable for medium-volume manufacturing because it can accommodate six 12-inch by 20-inch pans with a maximum depth of 212 inches. Operators can add or remove materials as needed by opening the steamer's door without pausing the cooking process. Field reversible, the unit's heavy-duty door can open from either side to simplify productivity.
