The AccuTemp E32081E060 TPL Evolution is a triple stacked broilerless electric convection steamer that uses patented Steam Vector Technology to quickly cook quality foods. Each steamer uses 3/4" water connections for a simple water and drain connection setup. This model features three separate 3 pan steamers stacked on top of each other to hold 9 pans of food at once with three different temperature options as needed. The controls and temperature display are easily accessible with the digital control. Along with faster cook times, the Evolution steamer from AccuTemp is also very energy and water efficient, being an ENERGY STAR certified product that uses less than 1.5 gallons of water per hour.
