The Connectionless Evolution™ Boilerless, Convection Steamer is an advanced electric steamer designed for commercial use. It can hold (6) 12"x 20"x 2-1/2" deep pans, making it perfect for a variety of food preparation tasks. This steamer features innovative Steam Vector Technology for precise and even cooking results.

One of the key advantages of this steamer is that it does NOT require water and drain connections, simplifying installation. Importantly, the warranty is NOT voided by water quality, ensuring long-term reliability. Additionally, there is NO water filtration required, simplifying maintenance.

The steamer operates at 6kW with a 240/60/1ph power supply. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA L6-30P plug for easy setup. The Connectionless Evolution™ Boilerless Steamer is certified by cULus and UL EPH Classified and proudly bears the ENERGY STAR® label.
