Product Description

The Two Connected Evolution™ Boilerless, Convection Steamers are highly efficient electric steamers designed for commercial use. Each compartment of these steamers can hold (6) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep pans, providing ample cooking capacity. They feature innovative Steam Vector Technology for precise and even cooking results.

Installation of these steamers requires water and drain connections to be plumbed. Importantly, the warranty is NOT voided by water quality, ensuring long-term reliability. Additionally, there is NO water filtration required, simplifying maintenance.

Each steamer operates at 6kW with a 240/60/1ph power supply. They come with (2) 5' cords, each featuring a NEMA L6-30P plug for straightforward setup. The Two Connected Evolution™ Boilerless Steamers are certified by cULus and UL EPH Classified and proudly bear the ENERGY STAR® label.

This package includes a stand in the configuration of your choice, providing versatility and convenience in your kitchen setup.
