The Connected Evolution™ Boilerless, Convection Steamer is a high-performance electric steamer designed for commercial use. It has the capacity to hold (6) 12"x 20"x 2-1/2" deep pans, making it perfect for various cooking applications. This steamer features innovative Steam Vector Technology for precise and even cooking results.

Installation of this steamer requires water and drain connections to be plumbed. Importantly, the warranty is NOT voided by water quality, ensuring long-term reliability. Additionally, there is NO water filtration required, simplifying maintenance.

The steamer operates at 6kW with a 240v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 25.0 amps. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA L6-30P plug for easy setup.
