The AccuTemp E64803E140 SGL Evolution™ is a floor model broilerless electric convection steamer that uses patented Steam Vector Technology to quickly cook quality foods. Each steamer uses 3/4" water connections for a simple water and drain connection setup. This model is able to steam 6 full sized pans at once and is mounted on a stainless steel stand. The controls and temperature display are easily accessible with the digital control. Along with faster cook times, the Evolution™ steamer from AccuTemp is also very energy and water efficient, being an ENERGY STAR certified product that uses less than 1.5 gallons of water per hour.
