Product Description

The Two Steam'N'Hold™ Boilerless Convection Steamers are versatile electric steamers designed for commercial use. This package includes one unit that can hold (1) 3 12"x 20"x 2-1/2" pan unit and one unit that can hold (1) 6 12"x 20"x 2-1/2" pan unit, providing flexibility for your cooking needs. These steamers feature vacuum cooking technology and are equipped with manual mechanical timer controls.

One of the key advantages of these steamers is that they do NOT require water or drain connections, simplifying installation. Each steamer operates at 6kW with a 240/60/1ph power supply. They come with (2) 5' cords, each featuring a NEMA L6-30P plug for easy setup. The Two Steam'N'Hold™ Boilerless Convection Steamers are certified by cULus and UL EPH Classified and proudly bear the ENERGY STAR® label.
