The AccuTemp S32083D100 DBL Steam&Hold™ is a double stacked connectionless steamer that uses patented vacuum technology for efficiency and faster cooking. This model features two 3 pan steamers stacked to cook up to 6 pans of food at once with two different temperature options as needed. With 3 operating modes, the steamer can cook food quickly, steam at low temperatures, and hold food at NSF certified temperatures. Thanks to the 3 gallon water reservoir, this convection steamer requires no water or drain connections. Along with faster cook times, the Steam&Hold™ steamer from AccuTemp is also very energy efficient, being ENERGY STAR certified.
