The Steam'N'Hold™ Boilerless Convection Steamer is a reliable electric steamer designed for commercial use. It can hold (3) 12"x 20"x 2-1/2" deep pans, making it suitable for various cooking tasks. This steamer features vacuum cooking technology and is equipped with manual mechanical timer controls.

One of the key advantages of this steamer is that it does NOT require water or drain connections, simplifying installation.
