The Steam'N'Hold™ Boilerless Convection Steamer is a reliable electric steamer designed for commercial use. It has the capacity to hold (6) 12"x 20"x 2-1/2" deep pans, making it ideal for various cooking applications. This steamer features vacuum cooking technology and is equipped with manual mechanical timer controls.

One of the key advantages of this steamer is that it does NOT require water or drain connections, simplifying installation. The steamer operates at 6kW with a 240/60/1ph power supply. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA L6-30P plug for easy setup. The Steam'N'Hold™ Boilerless Convection Steamer is certified by cULus and UL EPH Classified and proudly bears the ENERGY STAR® label.
