The Alto-Shaam 100-CW 1 pan refrigerated drop-in cold food well makes it simple and safe to hold cold food for serving and exhibition. The well is designed to maintain adequate, food-safe temperatures to retain the quality, integrity, and aesthetic appeal of items. It uses cold wall conductive cooling technology to achieve this. 

The well creates the perfect environment to extend the life of dishes and prevent time-temperature abuse, keeping everything from grapes to shrimp and pasta salad. The well comes with two complimentary 20" long pan dividers and can hold up to 1 full size, 6" deep cooking pan for optimal holding capacity. Pans receive additional support for secure placement throughout the workday from a recessed stainless steel ledge that is built into the inner walls.
