The Alto-Shaam 1000-UP/P two compartment low temperature holding/proofing cabinet maintains hot foods at safe, even temperatures while preserving as much moisture as possible, all thanks to its unique Halo Heat system! Additionally, it works wonders for proving dough that must rise before baking. 

Years of intensive use won't damage its robust exterior made of 20-gauge stainless steel! Its two-door design allows you to use two separate temperatures, with controls for each cabinet! With the help of a special electric thermal cable that is wrapped around three sides of the cabinet, the Halo Heat System gives your food a soft, radiant heat source that doesn't cause any hot or cold areas or air movement to dry it out. 

Consequently, there is less waste because the Halo Heat system maintains food quality for longer! The holding cabinet uses less energy and emits less ambient heat than holding cabinets of a similar size, which is an additional advantage of the Halo Heat technology. With a digital display on each compartment, the Alto-Shaam 1000-UP/P mobile dual compartment holding cabinet provides a temperature range of 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring that your food stays at the proper temperature.
