The Alto-Shaam 300-CW drop-in cold well's roomy body makes it ideal for preserving products and holding a lot of products. The three pans that fit in this 6.25" deep hole are perfect for cold pasta dishes, salads, and coleslaw. With the help of the thermostatic controls and R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in this machine, operators can sustain food quality throughout time. It also has foamed polyurethane insulation to keep the cold out of the vicinity of stored things.
