The Amana MRX1 XpressChef 3i rapid cook oven will improve the flow of any commercial kitchen. A large array of food items can be roasted, cooked, baked, or microwaved. This high-speed oven is pre-loaded with a variety of recipes, as well as menu settings, to take your restaurant to the next level. Wi-Fi and USB connection allows you to download even more recipes from the internet, continually expanding your menu options. The 7" True-Touch HD touchscreen, which features photos of prepared foods and supports 25 languages, makes selecting the right settings for your culinary masterpieces a breeze!

This rapid cook oven has enhanced cavity airflow to perfectly crisp or brown food items. With a vast temperature range of 200° - 520°F, this combination oven is capable of cooking a large number of dishes in multiple different ways. By having different power levels, as well as fan speed control, this oven provides extreme versatility. A drop-down door with an ergonomic handle ensures convenience and safety when loading and unloading the oven. Three cleanable magnetic air filters are also included with cleaning reminders built into the system for optimal cleaning.

This unit's interior and exterior are both made of solid stainless steel, making it incredibly durable. Because this rapid cook oven features a catalytic converter to remove smells and oil from the air, it can be used without a vent. The ventless design and compact footprint allows you to place this machine in constricted spaces where a ventilation hood wouldn't fit. It also saves costs by avoiding the need to purchase a hood in the first place.
