The APW Wyott GCRB-48S CharRock lava rock charbroiler will fill your restaurant, steakhouse, or pub with the mouthwatering scent of backyard barbecue! Total BTU output from its four "U"-style burners is 120,000 per hour. With the charbroiler's twin manual high/low settings, you can completely regulate the temperature in two separate cooking zones. 

The 47 1/2" x 17 1/8" cooking surface of the APW Wyott GCRB-48S CharRock charbroiler offers plenty of room to cook hamburgers, poultry, fish, or even kabobs! Both a 3/4" cast iron "steak char" grate and a cast iron rock grate are included, providing uniform heating and years of high output char cooking. Additional strength and utility are provided by the stainless steel control panel, metal knobs, and heavy-duty 4" legs.
