With the efficient APW Wyott GGT-24S 24" countertop griddle, you can bring the tantalizing flavor and aroma of sizzling, grilled dishes to your enterprise. The two "U" burners have a combined cooking output of up to 40,000 BTUs, making them perfect for takeout restaurants, snack bars, or concession stands. The two "U" burners may be separately regulated from 125 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit through two thermostatic controls. 

With a 3/4" thick polished steel griddle plate that can handle continuous use in your busy commercial kitchen, this welded, stainless steel griddle is built to last. Grease splashes are kept on the griddle where they belong by a 3" high, sloped stainless steel backsplash, and extra grease is conveniently drained into a steel grease collection drawer using the grease chute that is also provided.
