Carter-Hoffman BB1100 EquaHeat Mobile Banquet Cart | 96 Plate Capacity

Utilize this heated banquet cart when serving fresh hot meals to customers. The Carter-Hoffmann BB1100 banquet cabinet can hold up to 96 covered plates with a diameter of 8.75" to 11". This cabinet can reach maximum temperatures of 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Plates are supported by three wire shelves, which allow for the optimal ventilation to keep the food warm until it is served to customers.

These cabinets are constructed of durable stainless steel to ensure long lasting life and quality heat retention. Welded cabinet construction has turned in seams to prevent injury. Interior access is provided by two doors, which, like the rest of the structure, are insulated to keep the heat in. The doors' silicone gaskets shield them from leaks, and latch handles guarantee that the doors close securely while being transported.

This appliance uses a top-mounted heating system, which generates heat from an inconel-sheathed element, to keep the product hot until it is time to serve. The canned fuel drawers include deflector screens that circulate heat. Latches keep these drawers locked when the cart is moving.
