Preplate hot meals without worry of them drying out or going cold thanks to this heated banquet cart. The Carter-Hoffmann BB1300 heated banquet cabinet can hold up to 120 covered plates with a diameter of 8.75" to 11".

Coming equipped with movable and 2 lockable casters, this heated cabinet can be easily moved into storage when not in use. The cart is constructed entirely of stainless steel that has been welded. It has removable nickel-plated wire shelves. A full perimeter aluminum bumper with non-marking gray vinyl insert protects the cart and your facility walls from damage.

Fiberglass insulation in the unit prevents warm air from escaping into the outside environment. The BB1300 banquet cart has high density 1” thick fiberglass in the walls and door, with 1.5” thick insulation on top for maximum heat retention.

Without opening the cabinet door, canned fuel is accessible in bottom drawers. During transportation, safety latches keep drawers locked tightly. To lessen the risk of a fire, fuel in cans are placed back from the drawer handle. Heat is directed to a precisely built baffle by deflector shields above the drawers, which evenly disperses heat throughout the cabinet.
