Carter-Hoffman BB700 EquaHeat Mobile Banquet Cart | 60 Plate Capacity

Use this heated banquet cart to provide customers delicious, freshly prepared meals. With a diameter of 8.75" to 11", the Carter-Hoffmann BB700 banquet cabinet has room for up to 60 covered plates. The maximum temperature this cabinet will withstand is 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Three wire shelves that support the plates provide the best airflow for keeping the meal warm until it is presented to diners.

To ensure extended life and superior heat retention, these cabinets are made of sturdy stainless steel. To avoid injuries, welded cabinet construction uses turned-in seams. Two doors, like the rest of the building, offer entrance to the interior and are insulated to keep the heat in. The latch handles and silicone gaskets on the doors ensure that they close securely while being carried.

To keep the product hot until it is ready to serve, this equipment uses a top-mounted heating system that generates heat from an element that is sheathed in inconel. The can fuel drawers have heat-reflecting deflector screens. When the cart is in motion, secure latches keep drawers and doors closed.
