You can easily store and move pre-plated food in a variety of plate, pan, or tray slide combinations with the Carter-Hoffmann BB1000 Convertible Carter series 59" tall x 64 1/4" wide mobile banquet cabinet with a single solid door. The cabinet, which is made of sturdy stainless steel, can store up to 96 covered plates with a diameter of 8 3/4" to 12 3/4", or up to 26 trays with a size of 18" by 26", or 52 pans with a size of 12" by 20", or a combination of the three.

This mobile banquet cabinet's double-wall, stainless steel, all-welded structure has turned-in seams for better stability and longevity. This movable banquet cabinet has 1" thick high-density wrap-around fiberglass insulation with 1 1/2" thickness on top. This movable banquet cabinet moves on a set of 6" diameter polyurethane casters (2 swivel, 2 rigid) that are bolted to the base in an offset "wheel-ahead" arrangement for a smooth ride, and 2 of the casters feature brakes. The heavy-duty extruded aluminum frame of this mobile banquet cabinet has non-marking gray vinyl corner bumpers installed at the base.
