Plated food can be delivered to banquet halls and other serving areas using the Carter-Hoffmann BB40 banquet cabinet from the back of the house. The cabinet can hold (48) 10.5-inch plates on two shelves. This item has six-inch casters that are offset to roll across various surfaces and have a wheel-ahead configuration. 

This cart includes a vinyl bumper to prevent dents and scratches, and for comfort, it has handy push handles. The door's sliding latch keeps it closed while the cabinet is being moved. Fiberglass insulation and a high-temperature silicone door gasket help to keep heat inside. Durability is provided by the unit's stainless-steel design, while the welded components simplify cleaning and prevent bending.
