The Carter-Hoffmann BB48 banquet cabinet is made of durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel and has a wrap-around, 1-inch-thick fiberglass insulation to retain heat. On four detachable nickel-plated wire shelves with 13-inch clearances, the cart holds up to (60) 10.5-inch plates. The doors are equipped with strong sliding locks, temperature-resistant silicone gaskets, and hidden hinges to keep them aligned.

The heater for the Carter-Hoffmann BB48 banquet cabinet is positioned at the bottom. It takes about 25 minutes to warm and may achieve temperatures of up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The blower system heats the cabinet quickly, and the fan motor is internally cooled. The vinyl bumper serves as protection for walls and other surfaces, and personnel can move the device on its 6" casters.
