The three wire shelves in the Carter-Hoffman BB60 Classic Carter banquet cabinet accommodate (72) 10.5-inch plates each, allowing airflow to keep food hot until it is served to guests. The blower heater distributes heat uniformly throughout the interior of the cabinet, which also contains fiberglass insulation and a silicone door gasket for heat retention. The bottom-mounted heating system is accessible for maintenance when necessary.

The Carter-Hoffman BB60 banquet cart's outside side handles and 6-inch casters make transportation easier. These casters' offset mounting makes it easy for them to roll across irregular surfaces. The full-perimeter bumper shields the exterior and other surfaces from bumps while being transported.
