For strength, longevity, and rust resistance, its cabinet is made of stainless steel. This cabinet has a sturdy door in addition to fiberglass insulation on the inside to help keep heat in. The BB90 can hold 90 plated and covered meals. 

The Carter-Hoffmann BB90 mobile heated cabinet's four inside shelves may be taken out for easy cleaning. Wire shelves allow for improved product quality and cabinet ventilation. The cart's movement is supported by handles on either end, and a base bumper prevents cabinet edges from scuffing up against walls or other objects.
