The Carter-Hoffmann BR1000 EnduraHeat banquet cabinet can remain mobile for two hours while still maintaining serving temperatures without being hooked into an outlet. The system contains a convection heating mode, a toggle switch to flip between the two modes, and it recharges in roughly an hour. Its thermostat can preheat to 160 degrees Fahrenheit in 30 minutes and can reach a maximum temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit. 

The heavy-duty, double-wall Carter-Hoffmann BR1000 banquet cabinet is constructed of stainless steel. The double-panel insulated doors have strong roller latches, and high-density fiberglass insulation keeps heat inside the cabinet. The cabinet's handles on the sides make it easier to push and pull while its silicone gasket can withstand high temperatures.
