The Carter-Hoffmann BB96 banquet cabinet can comfortably hold (96) plates measuring 11 inches in diameter. For retaining bulky goods or assisting with cleanup, its three nickel-plated wire shelves may be removed. The heavy-duty stainless-steel design with double walls provides strength. With the help of high-density continuous fiberglass insulation, heat is contained to the cabinet. The transport latch keeps the double-paned, insulated doors closed. The cabinet includes horizontal grips on either side, which allow for pushing and pulling. The bottom-mounted heater on the Carter-Hoffmann BR96 banquet cabinet can be taken out without using any tools. The heater's overheating is prevented by high-impedance protection. A fully mobile heated storage solution from EnduraHeat keeps food at serving temperatures for up to two hours. This system charges fully in one hour.
