The Carter-Hoffmann HL10-5 heated holding cabinet is constructed to be installed beneath countertops. The compact sizing of these heated cabinets make them ideal for commercial kitchens that lack available space. Made of stainless steel and coming equipped with 3" diameter casters, these holding cabinets are built to last and easy to move.

Universal slides securely fit (10) full size steam table pans, or (5) full size sheet pans. High-density 2-inch fiberglass is used for the inside and door to maintain temperatures even when they are opened briefly.

A top-mounted heater creates temperatures inside the Carter-Hoffmann HL10-05 holding cabinet between 85 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while a heated water reservoir creates moisture to retain food texture. A blower fan moves hot, humid air inside the cabinet to remove cold spots for uniform results.

To improve operational management, heat and humidity have distinct digital controls, and the unit's digital readout offers display settings. Additionally, this system has sensors that monitor water and temperature levels, and indicator lights that warn the operators when levels fall so that users may make sure food is stored in a safe environment.
