With a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system, it keeps temperatures consistently between 32°F to 41°F, ensuring safe storage for all ingredients. The electronic control with a 3-digit LED display allows for easy monitoring and adjustment of temperatures, and the unit is ENERGY STAR certified for energy efficiency.

Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior, the CLUC-36R-SD-LR is built to last in high-demand kitchen environments.
