The 13.5-inch-tall spout makes it simple to fill most pitchers. To prevent garnishes and other debris from falling into the drain, a wire strainer is positioned over the drain beneath the spout. The 45-pound chest holds the ice, which is protected from contamination by a lid made of stainless steel with a handle. Its inside is made of ABS plastic and has coved corners to make cleaning it simple. Insulation made of polyurethane foam keeps the ice from melting too quickly.
