This Star 6048CBF lava rock charbroiler is designed to provide excellent heating and control when preparing a wide variety of products. The units are designed with cast burners and a control knob for each 12" section allowing for a flexible cooking style. The grates have been designed to hold a high capacity of product for maximum efficiency under demanding cooking situations, and use lava rocks to transfer heat to product from the cast iron burners. The Star charbroiler features a stainless front panel, bull nose, drip pan, splash guard, and grease trough. Grates can be adjusted independently to be flat or inclined and are reversible with a thin side for searing and a thick side for more delicate menu items. This Star lava rock charbroiler is the ideal choice for creating great tasting and well cooked foods.
