The oven's forced cool-down mechanism can swiftly reduce the internal temperature, and its solid-state controls allow users to select temperatures ranging from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Dependent doors of the Southbend BES/17SC convection oven make it easier to load and unload pans. Its energy-efficient glass windows keep condensation from forming so that the product's visibility is maintained. Hot air is effectively sealed inside the building when the doors are closed for heating.
