The soft heat mixing technique used in Southbend convection ovens ensures that there are no hot spots inside the oven and provides a consistent, even bake. Larger panels are included in the factory-sealed, completely insulated flat panel glass system for enhanced product visibility.

Seal bending or damage is eliminated by a two-stage door sealing system with an integrated door stop. Panels made of glass between them are likewise resistant to grease vapor. This oven has 40,000 BTU burners for quick temperature recovery and a stainless steel exterior. One full size (18" x 26") sheet pan may fit on each oven rack from left to right in a standard depth oven.
