The front, sides, top, and door of the Southbend BGS/23SC B Series Gas Convection Oven are made of stainless steel. The internal walls of the cabinet are shielded by a porcelain liner to prevent damage from pans bumping up against them. The doors, which are dependent, are likewise made of stainless steel and have low emission glass windows, which aid in keeping the heat within. For added operator safety, this model has a handle that never gets hot to the touch. To the right of the oven is the control panel.
