This griddle is strong and long-lasting thanks to its corrosion-resistant stainless-steel construction. The 1" thick chrome griddle surface guarantees consistently cooked dishes. Each 12" piece of chrome has its own temperature control, burner, and standing pilot, allowing multiple dishes to be cooked at various degrees at the same time. With an operating range of 150°F to 550°F, mechanical snap-action thermostats with sensors every 12" give perfect temperature control on this griddle. This Star gas griddle makes cleanup a snap with its rear and side splash shields and grease trough. Comes in LP or natural gas - specify when ordering.
