The Star 524CHSF electric griddle is made of stainless-steel for durability and uses a 1" thick chrome plate for cooking to keep tastes from transferring between foods. The stainless-steel bullnose front is cool to the touch to protect your hands and knobs when controlling the unit. Spatula wide grease trough, grease chute and tapered splash guard allow for easy clean up. A junction box is provided for making electrical connections. This Star electric griddle is heated with a 4000 watt incoloy sheath type element every 12" of griddle width and is controlled with a snap-action thermostat embedded into the griddle plate.
