The Star 524TGF electric griddle is built of stainless-steel for durability, and it cooks on a 1" thick polished steel plate to prevent flavors from transferring. The cool to the touch stainless-steel bullnose front protects your hands and knobs while operating the griddle. Cleaning is a breeze with the grease trough, grease chute, and tapered splash guard. To establish electrical connections, a junction box is provided. This Star electric griddle is controlled by a snap-action thermostat embedded in the griddle plate and heated with a 4000 watt incoloy sheath type element every 12" of griddle width.
