The gravity coil refrigeration system guarantees the freshest display of meats, cheeses, and deli products. An automatic defrost system that is time-initiated and time-terminated keeps the refrigeration unit running smoothly. The extra large evaporator coil and higher horsepower compressor easily maintains interior temperatures of 38°F - 40°F. Plus, the condensing unit is located behind a panel at the back of the unit and can easily slide out for cleaning and maintenance.

Insulated double pane glass provides excellent insulation for greater efficiency and energy savings. A welded, heavy duty steel frame rail is powder coated and resistant to corrosion. The frame rail is fitted with leg levelers to ensure the unit sits evenly on any surface. Two self-closing rear doors slide open for easy stocking and serving. Two adjustable white PVC coated wire shelves can be angled to maximize presentation. Three LED light sources illuminate the interior of the unit.
