Two self closing sliding doors make it easy to access interior contents for stocking and serving. Each door is equipped with a 12" long molded plastic handle. The counter balanced weight system allows for smooth, even closure. Doors ride on a stainless steel channel with stainless steel bearings.

This True refrigerated deli case is made to last with its full stainless steel construction. A welded heavy duty steel frame rail is black powder coated to prevent corrosion. Plus, this frame is fitted with leg levelers to ensure the unit is stable on any flooring surface. The stainless steel interior is easy to clean with covered corners to prevent spills from getting into any tough to reach places. Foamed in place polyurethane insulation holds temperatures in the range of 38°F - 40°F. This unit is NSF approved for open food products. Four adjustable wire shelves can be angled for ideal product presentation.

High humidity refrigeration is perfect for storing cold cuts, cheeses, and salads. An extra large evaporator coil balanced with the high horsepower compressor maintains even temperatures in ambient temperatures below 75°F. Epoxy coating on the evaporator prevents corrosion. The automatic defrost system is time-initiated and time-terminated to take the guess work out of defrosting. A panel in the back of the unit houses the condensing unit.
