The True TCGG-72-S-HC-LD refrigerated deli case combines efficient, high volume merchandising and sophisticated presentation for your deli products. High humidity refrigeration is perfect for cold cuts, cheeses, and salads. An extra large evaporator coil, higher horsepower compressor, and large condenser easily maintains NSF approved temperatures in the range of 38°F - 40°F. Plus, the evaporator coil is epoxy coated to eliminate the potential of corrosion. This True deli case has an automatic time-initiated and terminated defrost that takes the guesswork out of defrosting. Located behind a panel at the back of the unit, the condensing system is easily removed for cleaning and maintenance.

An all stainless steel construction is durable and resistant to scratches and dents. Interior corners are covered for easy cleaning. The frame rail is heavy duty steel and powder coated, with fitted leg levelers for stability. Insulated double pane tempered glass helps reduce energy costs. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation holds even temperatures within the unit. Two adjustable PVC coated wire shelves can be adjusted and angled for maximum product display. Three LED lights illuminate the interior to showcase food items. Two are shelf mounted, one is cabinet mounted for full lighting coverage. LED lights are low UV emitting for prolonged product life.
