The outside of the True TDR36-PT draft beer system is coated in black powder and is made of stainless steel. One beer keg can fit inside the kegerator's single compartment, which also has a sturdy door that can be shut for security during off-hours. The 3-inch diameter beer column in the kegerator is insulated to keep the beer cold as it is brought up and served. 

The column has a two-way manifold and a single faucet. The True TDR36-PT kegerator can keep temperatures between 33- and 38-degrees Fahrenheit, which may be electronically adjusted and monitored with a digital display. The refrigeration system is self-contained for convenience of installation and located on the side of the unit for maintenance accessibility. The device makes use of the ecologically benign refrigerant R290 hydrocarbon.
