The AccuTemp E3/E62081E060 DBL Evolution™ is a double stacked broilerless electric convection steamer that uses patented Steam Vector Technology to quickly cook quality foods. Each steamer uses 3/4" water connections for a simple water and drain connection setup. This model 3 pan steamer stacked on top of a 6 pan steamer for cooking up to 9 pans of food at once with two different temperature options as needed. The controls and temperature display are easily accessible with the digital control. Along with faster cook times, the Evolution™ steamer from AccuTemp is also very energy and water efficient, being an ENERGY STAR certified product that uses less than 1.5 gallons of water per hour.
