The APW Wyott GCB-18S Workline radiant 18" charbroiler features 30,000 BTUs for quick start-up and heat recovery.  This charbroiler gives you complete control over your grilling thanks to a 180-degree snap action gas valve and grates that can be positioned flat or slanted. For enhanced convenience, a dependable safety pilot can be ignited without removing the front panel and provides long-lasting service.

The strong stainless-steel design of the GCB-18S charbroiler with aluminized steel sides and rear panel is easy to clean and durable under heavy use. Self-cleaning steel radiants, detachable grates, and a grease collection pan make cleaning a breeze while back and side splashes assist prevent grease splatter on your walls and countertops! Additional strength and utility are provided by the stainless-steel control panel, metal knobs, and heavy-duty 4" legs.
