This little cabinet packs the power to make it happen, with an infrared quartz element that emits nearly pure radiant heat, but with less energy than halogen elements. The compact size of this Carter-Hoffman finishing oven makes it easy to fit into small spaces.

A removable back panel allows you to convert the unit to pass-through, without tools. This cheese melter turns on with a gravity activated switch when a plate is placed into the finishing cavity. The CGM24 unit reverts to 50% power when not in use to save energy.
