The Carter-Hoffmann HL8-18 can give your kitchen plenty of hot holding space for hot foods you want to transport. Ideal for catering, dining halls, concessions, and more. This heated holding cabinet has 3" fixed wire universal slides and can accommodate up to 36 steam table pans measuring 12" by 20" or 18 sheet pans measuring 18" by 26". It can also withstand temperatures of up to 200 degrees F.

A set of 3" diameter rubber casters are used to move this heated holding cabinet (2 with brakes). These stainless steel non-humidified heated holding cabinets are ideal for holding covered items for lengthy periods of time while keeping cooked food warm and ready to serve. This heated holding cabinet has a 2" thick high-density fiberglass wrap-around insulation and a double-panel, insulated solid hinged door with a magnetic latch.
