When cooking a wide variety of products, the Star 5136CF electric charbroiler is designed to give great heating and control. With two forms of heat transfer - direct radiation from the elements and conduction through the grates - the unit is built for endurance and versatility. Each 12" segment has a control knob to allow for maximum temperature control. The heavy-duty cast iron grid sections and incoloy sheath-type heating elements on this charbroiler are made of stainless-steel. Die cast nickel plated legs with a 1-3/8" adjustability are included with charbroilers. A 1-3/8" diameter hole is provided in the bottom rear panels of the Star 5136CF for the installation of electrical conduit.
