The cabinet can be moved wherever it is needed with side mounted push handles on its 5” heavy duty casters, then the brakes can be applied until it needs moved again. Racks are adjustable, holding up to (30) 12” x 20” pans or (15) 18” x 26” pans on 1-1/2” centers. This entire mobile holding cabinet is constructed of a 20-gauge stainless steel with an integrated steel frame that offers maximum strength and will hold up under constant use. The two solid field reversible doors include a magnetic latch, and recessed side-mounted handles to offer easy access but keep a strong seal when closed.
